Why we started RocketCRM

Based on previous experience working with many well established CRM systems, we realized that there was a gap in the market for a CRM that was simple to use, yet powerful enough to handle the needs of a growing business. Especially for small to medium sized companies, startups or SaaS comapnies, the existing solutions not always satisfy the needs, are costly, or very expensive in implementing and maintaining.

With the possiblity to customize comes the burden to customize.

One thing that we aim to help you with RocketCRM is to make customisations as little as possible, albeit giving you the possiblity to do customisations and adjustments where necessary, meanwhile giving you meaningful default settings and configurations that are ready to use out of the box.
